Rumors are starting to hit the web that BYU is leaning towards joining the AAC before next football. The major reason behind this would be because in the new playoff age being an independent is more of a death sentence then a good thing. With the outside conference top team getting a automatic BCS bowl bid BYU could go undefeated this season and not make the playoff because they don't have access to that automatic bid. This would be great for UC to have BYU in the ACC.
