Guys, I just talked earlier with Mount Juliet (Tenn.) three-star LB Ethan Crisp, who claims 12 scholarship offers, most recently from Tennessee, Auburn and Michigan.

With UC, I didn't realize that Crisp actually visited with his sister and grandparents around New Year's on their own. They were at Kentucky and Crisp talked them in to making the short drive to UC. He's now hoping to visit the Bearcats, it sounds like probably for Nov. 6 and when they host Tulsa on homecoming. There's not a ton of familiarity here for Crisp just yet. But he's interested and said he's been talking regularly with defensive coordinator Mike Tressel. Crisp has yet to meet with Tressel in-person, though, a big reason why he wants to visit. So far, though, Crisp said he likes the relationship they have and is "excited to keep building a relationship with him."

Crisp has been busy taking visits just about every weekend this season. He went to Virginia Tech this past weekend, Kentucky the week before, the Tennessee and Ole Miss. Crisp will be back on a visit with the Vols this weekend. Honestly, he talked the most about Kentucky, so that might be the slight favorite, with Tennessee not far behind. But it's intriguing that Crisp has talked so much about the Bearcats and is working on nailing down a game visit. That will be telling, if he does end up visiting.
