Guys, I just got off the phone with Christian County (Ky.) three-star safety Cory Trice. No Cincinnati offer here, but possibility for one this summer. He visited UC a couple of weeks ago for the spring game.

Trice's coach had reached out to tell me they went and I know the Bearcats have at least had some interest here. Right now, Trice has offers from Purdue and Miami (OH), as well as FCS offers
Austin Peay, Eastern Kentucky, Murray State, Southern Illinois and UT-Martin.
Assistant coach Joker Phillips is the primary recruiter here and I know Joker pulled a few guys from this part of Kentucky when he was with the Wildcats. Trice said they spoke a bit at UC's spring game and the biggest thing is that the Bearcats want to see him in camp. Trice is one of those kids who's likely a strong camp away from an offer, though it also depends on how the guys with offers in the secondary go, too.
It's still mighty early with Trice, but he does like UC. He told me he liked seeing campus a bit more. Trice also made the trip with his teammate, three-star quarterback Kolbe Langhi, though it's doubtful there will be an offer there.
No visits planned right now with Trice, but expect him this summer to camp with the Bearcats and at least 4-5 other schools.
