Guys, last night I talked with one of the Bearcats' newest offers, Oswego (Ill.) three-star defensive tackle Noah Shannon. He has 18 offers, with the other latest ones coming from Memphis, Arkansas and Virginia.

Shannon said it's still early with Cincinnati. He's never visited, but he's spoken with and likes assistant coach Al Washington. Shannon told me they've talked a few times on the phone and that he's liked what Washington told him. He's still working on when he could visit, but Shannon said that won't happen before the summer.
This weekend, Shannon will be at Louisville's spring game. He's already been to Michigan State twice, Iowa State, Iowa, Duke and Wisconsin. But I also asked which schools were recruiting him hardest. He told me Iowa State, Duke, Minnesota and Indiana because he hears from them almost every day.
The Bearcats have some work to do if they wanna get in with Shannon. Obviously, they've gotta get him for a visit, but he has four schools recruiting him hardest and he went in most detail about Iowa State without me even asking, so I'd say that's the favorite right now.
