Guys, I just got off the phone a little while ago with Solon (OH) cornerback Taj Ward. He just picked up an offer today from Cincinnati. That puts him at seven total. He also recently got offers from Ohio, Iowa State and Eastern Michigan.

First off, important to note that Ward is already planning on being at UC's spring game on April 14. He's never been before, but Ward said he wants to see the intensity and competition and that "I've always liked Cincinnati. They're bringing in a lot of talent from the Cleveland area."
Ward said assistant coach Willie Martinez has been his primary recruiter. He called Martinez "pretty cool" twice and said he likes how Martinez sees him on defense after watching his film.
The other one I'd really watch at this point is Kentucky. That was his third offer and first power five. Ward told me he has no visits planned, but that's the school he wants to go to later this spring. But right now, the Bearcats are sitting in a great spot with Ward.
