Guys, caught up last night with Dickson County (Tenn.) four-star DE Tre'Vonn Rybka. He officially visited UC last weekend.

The Bearcats were the first to offer, last year, and Rybka said they've stayed in steady contact. Because of both of those facts, that's why he officially visited. Assistant coaches Doug Phillips and Chad wilt have been the primary two in contact here. But when I asked about them, Rybka just mentioned how he liked going to coach Luke Fickell's house and seeing how he is off the field.

Rybka said he liked being around the players and the other recruits, but I'll go ahead and spill it here, the odds of him picking UC are slim to none. He was very honest and I appreciated it, when he told me, "It’s kinda weird, because that was my first offer. But I honestly don’t see myself playing there. I don’t see myself playing in that conference. I could be there, but I’m not sure, I’m just seeing how everything is panning out." I'm not putting that in the story for everyone to see, but we'll leave that here.

Rybka is going to Ole Miss today for an unofficial. If the Rebels offer, I think that's the favorite. He developed a great relationship with Tyrone Nix, who's now there. And relationships are HUGE here. Tennessee, Kentucky and Georgia also got visits recently, but my eyes are on Ole Miss. If they offer, that's who I'm picking as his landing spot.

Full story coming.
