Hello everyone,
My name is Kyle Henderson and I am the managing editor at BamaInsider.com (Alabama rivals site)
Former Alabama running back Jerome Ford announced tonight he's transferring to Cincinnati. Here is what I can tell you about Ford. He is a very capable back that impressed during the spring season here in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The Crimson Tide has a very crowded running back room and playing time had to be a major factor. He's an all-purpose back and at 5-foot-11 and 206 pounds, he has plenty of power and good break-away speed, and can catch the football out of the backfield.
He did not have any issues with the coaches and was never banged up due to injury (obviously he didn't play much, but still).
Small video clip of him here and the back story of why he transferred
