The University of Cincinnati and Under Armour unveiled new uniforms for the 2019-20 men's basketball season Monday, showcasing the global innovator's latest uniform design construction: Reflexx Armourvent.
Constructed with Microthread technology, Reflexx Armourvent offers increased breathability, faster dry times and better durability. The jerseys offer a more tailored fit to eliminate weight while the shorts feature an updated engineered waistband and shorter inseams for distraction-free play.
The new look also helps usher in a new era for the Bearcats as the 2019-20 campaign marks the first season for head coach John Brannen. UC welcomes seven newcomers and returns three starters from a year ago when the Bearcats posted a 28-7 overall mark, won the American Championship for the second year in a row and advanced to the NCAA Tournament for the ninth consecutive season.
UC's new uniforms are scheduled to be available at retailers and online later this month. Fans can purchase their 2019-20 gear from the official online store of the Bearcats at shop.gobearcats.com once it is available.
UC and Under Armour have been partners in innovation since 2015.

After 15 years, University of Cincinnati Athletics, in collaboration with UC Student Government and Skyline Chili, will once again celebrate the start of basketball season with a “Bearcats Madness” event at Fifth Third Arena.
Festivities start at 11:30 p.m. ET on Friday, Oct. 4, following the football game against UCF.
Be sure to get your first look at the men’s and women’s basketball teams and hear from men’s coach John Brannen and women’s coach Michelle Clark-Heard.
Admission is free. Fifth Third Arena doors open at 10 p.m.
