I like Charles McClelland a lot. He comes from a good program in Georgia. Very small, but they win and they produce D1 talent.
He is quick, shifty and he has shown the ability to run away from defenders. He is an athlete who some schools like a slot receiver and others like as cornerback. He is a raw talent that has moved around a lot in middle and high school, but he could be good on either side of the ball.
It would not surprise me to see some schools come in this fall and make a run at him. He is a good talent and he could be a heck of a pick up for Cincinnati.
