Football Update on the Tuberville situation 11/17

I've spoken with several people close to Tuberville and former assistants who worked under him. He would like to stay and realizes they need to make some changes on the offensive side of the ball, but he is also willing to take a buyout if the school wants to move forward with someone else. He has been through this situation twice before at AU and Texas Tech and has no desire for a slow burning exit according to these people who I've known for many years. He isn't interested in coaching much longer and would take a buyout even if done on installments. For recruiting reasons he can't say any of this, but Tubs feels like there hasn't been much support for him since things went sideways last season.
