Guys, I talked last night with one of UC's visitors last weekend for the Indiana game, three-star OL Styles Prescod. He's up to 10 scholarship offers after Purdue offered last night and the Bearcats offered him back in June.
Prescod was at the Indiana game, which was one of what he called "countless" trips to UC and the city itself. He told me he was born in Cincinnati and still has lots of family in the area. But specifically with last weekend, Prescod told me he liked catching up with the coaches and all of the commits who were on hand. I'm not sure the exact number, but I think there were 15-16 commits who were at the game.

Assistant coach Mike Cummings is the primary recruiter here and has been from the beginning of this recruitment. And Prescod said he loved that even though there were so many commits and other big recruits on hand, he felt like Cummings and other coaches went out of their way to talk with him and his family. Overall, he told me he likes the city, the campus and the program.

This was Prescod's third gameday visit this fall. He also was at Notre Dame for its game against Cal the previous weekend and on Sept. 10 he was at Purdue for its game against Indiana State. Those two seem to have gone well, though the Boilermakers are the only one of the two that has offered a scholarship. Prescod told me a few of his high school football coaches went to Purdue and have been telling him about it. So keep that in mind, especially now that the Boilermakers have offered.

More game visits coming. He'll be at Iowa this weekend, Indiana next weekend and said he wants to get to West Virginia and Tennessee after that. It's still early right now, but based on what Prescod told me and how he talked, I'd say UC and Purdue are the two schools out front. Doesn't sound like he'll be deciding before the first of the year, so still plenty of time here.

Full story coming.
