Guys, I talked to three-star cornerback Michael Dowell Sunday at The Opening in DC. Only a couple of Cincy targets in attendance, but Dowell was a good one to talk to. Bearcats have a shot, but they're behind a group of schools like Michigan State, Pitt and Maryland. Michigan State is the favorite right now.
