Rivals asked me to contribute with this series they do analyzing when a player decommits. It really hurts to lose the highest-ranked commit in program history, but UC will be ok without Elzy. Expect the Bearcats to keep pushing until signing day, so there's always a chance he could get back on board. But right now, I think Illinois is the overwhelmingly the favorite:
